Northern Rubber’s Edge-Flex profile range is an ideal solution for edge sealing and protection.

These tough and durable extruded silicone rubber push grip profiles are easy to fit and FDA compliant, perfect for clean process environments such as food & pharmaceutical applications where hygienic compliance is an essential requirement.

Manufactured in the highest quality silicone rubber these profiles can operate at elevated temperatures of +200C continuously and having a stainless-steel wire reinforcing clip gives Edge-Flex a stiffness that enables it to conform to bends and contours effortlessly. Making it easy to clean and simple to replace without the need for any additional securing methods.

Edge-Flex is not limited to food & pharma applications. Other applications include the rail & mass transit markets with our EN45545-2 approved silicone rubber compound and the marine industry for door closures.
